Clinical Supervisor, TCM: This Clinical Supervisor will coordinate clinical services with the Service Area Director and Vice President, CMH to include Targeted Case Management across Avivo both within the Community Chemical Mental Health and Ending Homelessness division. The Clinical Supervisor will be instrumental in fostering and supporting a collaborative and joint team with a goal of having one collective and united TCM team operating across Avivo. The Supervisor will be responsible for providing individual and group clinical supervision to clinical staff and case management staff, monitoring compliance of Targeted Case Management paperwork, reviewing and signing clinical documents, training new staff on best practices, and managing monthly billing of Targeted Case Management services, in collaboration with the Service Area Director/s, Program Managers, and Community Chemical Mental Health leadership under the direction of the Vice President of Community and Chemical Mental Health.
Family Case Manager: The Family Case Manager will provide support, advocacy, and mentorship to mothers with dependent children, primarily residing in Avivo Family Recovery Housing, who are participating in substance use disorder treatment. This person will perform three key roles. 1. Coordinating and facilitating parenting, family, and children’s programming in cooperation with the Family Program Team. 2. Providing skill building and assistance with day-to-day family functioning activities with the mother and children; and 3. Ensuring quality coordination of care and communication with all Avivo and community services the family is participating in.
Peer Recovery Specialist, 245G: The Peer Recovery Specialist will be responsible for the provision of general recovery support for women and men participating in our single men/women intensive outpatient treatment program. The Peer Recovery Specialist will assist with program support, connecting participants to recovery activities in the community, transportation of participants, helping participants get their basic needs met & navigation of the substance use service system, including help to increase access to substance use services. This position works 32hrs/week but is paid 40hrs!
