Our courses have a low student-to-instructor ratio and are designed to meet the needs of people with all abilities, including individuals living with disabilities. Facilitators are experts in their fields. Many are Avivo business partners who provide firsthand teaching about the workplace and employer needs.

Each training program is designed to start a student, or enhance an individual’s skills, on a career pathway for economic advancement. Students may be paired with an employment specialist or navigator to create an individualized employment or career plan that includes resume development, job search skills, interview coaching, and job placement support.

    Workshops and job clubs

Avivo offers monthly workshops to students and participants.
