Individuals seeking shelter should contact the County office in their county of residence.
Hennepin Shelter Hotline serves Hennepin County residents, 18 years or older, who are seeking emergency shelter. The hotline seeks to help you find a safe, temporary place to stay while you work on next steps toward stable housing. Contact the Hennepin Shelter Hotline at 612.204.8200 Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. Callers outside of these hours will be directed to United Way’s 2-1-1 or may reach out to a Street Outreach worker they may be working with.
Single adults, youth, and families in St. Paul can visit Ramsey County Housing Services & Support for more information.
The Youth Services Network helps young people (24 years old and younger) to find a safe, temporary place to stay. See shelter availability for youth shelters in the metro area at ysnmn.org/shelters.
