Case Manager, Family Housing Stabilization Services (second shift): This person will work with mothers who are in Avivo’s Family Intensive Outpatient Programming for Dual Disorder Treatment, who are residing in Avivo’s family transitional recovery housing. They’ll hold their own caseload, supporting program participants to maintain their housing, assist them with their housing transition plan, and meet their individual service plan goals.
Resident Advocate, Avivo Village (third shift): This person believes housing is a right, and will assist with providing a safe, secure, and service-rich environment at Avivo Village. The Avivo Village program provides on-site supports to include, medical care, mental health support, meals, housing staff, etc. The role of the Resident Advocate is to ensure safety of the residents by completing home checks, monitoring unwanted guests, passing out meals and beverages as needed, providing for basic needs as requested, pack-up and move resident belongings to storage during time of transition, deescalating resident conflict, and monitoring chemical health concerns.
Chemical Health Professional, LADC, Family Residential Treatment: This person will provide clinical treatment counseling and case management to pregnant and parenting women as part of the Family Treatment Team in Avivo’s licensed 245G treatment program (outpatient). This unique program allows pregnant and parenting mothers (with children ages 0-17) to enter treatment as a family. This role includes facilitation of clinical services, both individual and group sessions.
