Chemical Health Assessor: This position is offering a $5,000 hiring bonus AND has a 32 hour workweek! The Chemical Health Assessor will ensure all individuals will receive access to appropriate services and assistance in accessing services, to include assessments. This position will assist individuals in accessing all levels of service. This role will work as part of the Avivo Access team. This position will ensure compliance with 245G. Direct client contact can occur in the community, and various Avivo locations.
Program Manager, Operations, Avivo Village (AM): As a passionate advocate for housing as a human rights issue, the Program Manager, Operations, will lead a team of direct shelter operation staff in working to end homelessness for hundreds of individuals within our community. The primary focus of this position is the day-to-day operations of Avivo Village. The Program Manager has the opportunity to implement innovative responses to program and community needs and ensure the delivery of culturally responsive services for individuals served. This position will provide direct care within the program, including crisis intervention and may assume duties of direct service staff.
Program Director, LADC and Treatment Services: The Program Director will provide leadership for the clinical services in our Co-Occurring Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program. The Director is responsible for supervision and oversight of all clinical operations and staffing. The Director will provide some direct group and individual clinical services as well. The Director will work closely with the Service Area Director, Program Director Family Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Certified Peer Recovery Specialists, Mental Health Professionals, and the counseling team, ensuring consistent, integrated, high-quality programming for the clients in the Intensive Outpatient Treatment program.
Director, Quality and Compliance: The Director, Quality and Compliance will lead the teams and efforts at Avivo to maximize the use and impact of technology and streamlined processes to ensure compliance standards are met and reporting through metrics and data-driven decisions. This Director will have oversight of the management of Avivo’s Electronic Health Records (EHR) System and all reporting and compliance processes that use this system. The Director will implement all necessary actions to ensure an effective compliance program is an integral and successful part of Avivo.
