Thank you to those of you who joined us on the Walker Art Center’s outdoor terraces for this year’s Mission + Mingle event, presented by MMC Consulting! Mission + Mingle mixes fashion, philanthropy, and people who are passionate about helping women overcome barriers to success! All funds raised support the life-changing services Avivo provides – family recovery, career education, and employment services – to help all women live well and work well.
VIP ticket holders were invited to come early for an exclusive viewing of the Pacita Abad Exhibition and a talk by a Walker educator, followed by a VIP reception.
Program highlights included:
- Inspiring words from a woman who’s found success after coming to Avivo.
- Fashions from some of the most exciting Twin Cities fashion designers and boutiques, including Bumbershute, Filigree Jewelers, Lesley Helen Couture, MartinPatrick 3, Qe’Bella Couture, Ramadhan Designs, designs from University of Minnesota design student Mattie Nunn, and hair and make-up by Culture Salon.
