On Friday, October 16, Indoor Villages received approval from the Minneapolis City Council to proceed. The project would create 100 tiny homes inside of a Minneapolis warehouse, converting it into a safe and warm village — complete with access to Avivo’s chemical and mental health services, employment services, and career education.
