An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Friday, happening 4 times
In this yoga class, we will use slow and gentle movement to maintain flexibility, incorporate breath work and explore concepts of yoga philosophy. No prior experience. Please bring two blankets, a couple of pillows, and a belt to class. These movements will be done from a mix of seated, standing and laying down with ample time for transitioning between positions. Each class will begin with a short grounding and centering and end with a brief relaxation pose. There will also be time for discussion after our relaxation pose.
