Treatment and Recovery
Avivo provides chemical health assessments and co-occurring substance use disorder treatment and recovery.
Substance Use Disorder treatment and recovery programs:
- Intensive Outpatient Treatment for individuals (housing is available), 245G co-occurring substance use disorder treatment.
- Family Intensive Outpatient only for pregnant women and mothers with children.
- Avivo provides chemical health assessments (formerly Rule 25 in Minnesota).
Individuals receive holistic care that is culturally-responsive and trauma-informed. Services incorporate wellness activities that include movement, mindfulness, nutrition, and smoking cessation.
People find acceptance and community at Avivo – particularly individuals who find themselves struggling with repeated addiction relapse, co-occurring chemical and mental health diagnoses, homelessness, criminal backgrounds, or desire to reunify with their children.
Finally, as participants advance through treatment, Avivo works to help individuals find a career path that matches their abilities. We can pair their recovery journey with Avivo’s career and technical education programs and employment services to help achieve overall wellness and stability.
